3% Conference 2017

The 3% Conference is movement that is changing the the ratio of women and people of color in creative director roles. They believe (as do I) that the more diversity we have among creative teams the better the ideas will be. With Eleven being a founding partner for The 3% Conference. We designed an ad to speak to the 2017 conference which focused on "Beyond Gender".
