Marshalls constantly delivers that WOW factor time and time again. Between their prices, product selection, and quality items, it’s hard not to be dazzled. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Marshalls noticed their fans were missing out on that exciting discovery you get when you walk into the store and never know what you’re going to find. So they created the program, Share WOW, Get WOW. This gave their fans the opportunity of surprise and delight. For our launch, a lucky shopper who posted on their IG channel a kitchen item she recently bought was selected to be surprised with a curated cooking experience from Giada De Laurentiis. This moment encouraged brand fan social engagement by them sharing their own favorite Marshalls items for a chance to win a similar experience.
